













Mr. Al Musalhi has over two decades of experience across the mining and metals, energy, and industrial sectors and currently serves as Chief Executive – Middle East & North Africa, New Business at Vale. He leads the development of Vale's Green Steel Mega Hub strategy and has previously served as Deputy CEO of Vale Oman Pelletizing Company. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at Oman Oil Company (now OQ Group). He has also served as Chairman of Oman Aluminium Rolling Company and held board positions at Vale Oman Pelletizing Company, OMIFCO, and Takatuf Petrofac Oman.
Holds an MBA from the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Sultan Qaboos University (Oman).

Ms. Al Bakri has over 20 years of experience in investment, finance, and corporate governance across the energy and industrial sectors and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of OQ. She has held a number of positions within OQ, with responsibilities spanning portfolio management, investment evaluation, and strategic transactions, and has been closely involved in overseeing a diversified portfolio of assets. She has also served on the boards of several companies in Oman, contributing to financial oversight, governance, and strategic decision-making.
Holds a degree in Finance and has completed executive education programmes in leadership and investment management.

Mr. Maene has over four decades of experience in the global fertiliser industry and international development and previously served as Director General of the International Fertiliser Association (IFA), a role he held after joining the organisation in 1987 until his retirement in 2012. Earlier in his career, he worked with the Belgian Administration for Development Cooperation in Tunisia and Malaysia, and later led the UN Fertilizer Advisory, Development and Information Network for Asia and the Pacific. Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership roles across international industry bodies.
Holds an honorary doctorate in Agriculture from Universiti Putra Malaysia and a degree in Soil Science and Agronomy from the University of Ghent (Belgium).

Mr. Kumar has over 29 years of experience in accounts, audit, and finance and currently serves as Finance Director of Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO). He joined the Indian Audit and Accounts Service in 1993 after four years in the private sector and has since held senior management roles within the Central Government of India and on deputation. His experience includes positions at the Ministry of Finance as well as work with multilateral organisations such as the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the World Bank.
Holds an MBA in Finance and a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering from IIT Delhi (India).

Dr. Al Rubaiy has over two decades of experience across the aluminium, oil and gas, logistics, and petrochemical sectors and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SOHAR Freezone and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SOHAR Port. He leads the strategic development of SOHAR as an integrated industrial and logistics hub and has previously served as Managing Director of Majis Industrial Services, where he led a transformation programme focused on operational efficiency and sustainable growth.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sultan Qaboos University (Oman), an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School (UK), and a Doctorate in Business Administration from Coventry University (UK).

Mr. Patel has over four decades of leadership experience and technical expertise in the fertiliser industry and currently serves as the Managing Director of Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO). His career has progressed through a range of senior roles within IFFCO, including Director (Technical) and Plant Head of the Paradeep Fertiliser Complex, one of India's largest integrated facilities. He brings deep expertise across nitrogenous and phosphatic fertiliser operations, covering maintenance, reliability, operations, and project management, with exposure to advanced global technologies. He also serves on the boards of several Indian and international companies, reflecting his broad industry engagement and leadership. Known for his ethical leadership and commitment to cooperative values, he actively contributes to industry development and mentors emerging professionals.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saurashtra University (India).

Ms. Al Jabri has over 20 years of experience in accounts, corporate finance, investments, and capital markets and currently serves as Vice President of Portfolio Management at OQ. She has held a number of roles within OQ, with responsibilities spanning portfolio management, strategic transactions, and investment oversight, and has been involved in divestments, IPOs, and broader transformation initiatives. She also serves as Chairperson of Oman Aluminium Rolling Mill Company and previously served as Board Member and Deputy Chairperson of Muscat Gases Company SAOG.
Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds a BSc in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University (Oman).
